Most toxic environment I have ever worked in

    I worked at Leger Marketing

    Pros

Decent salary, but is it really worth it? (Churn rate is very high, and the majority only last about 24 months.)

    Cons

They treat employees very poorly - management is belittling and condescending.
    Extremely hierarchical.
    Silo mentality.
Entire organization lives in an echo chamber.
Paranoid, toxic environment. Management doesn't trust employees.
Not willing to innovate at all, not open to new ideas, and do not listen to employees' point of view. It's their way or the highway.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overhaul the entire senior management team. They are static, dead weight. Make room for innovation. Stop treating employees and clients so poorly. Stop throwing employees under the bus. Stop rewarding the wrong employees. Foster an environment of cooperation instead of competition. Stop lying to clients. It only puts other employees in awkward positions.
