I have been working at Legoland CA part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Free tickets and Discounts. It's a job....BARELY!

    Cons

They don't care if you have a death in the family, if you are in the ER, car crash or anything. If they need you, they don't give any care to you. They forced employees to attend during the San Diego Fires to come to work even if the fire was at the backdoor to their house. People have suffered from heat stroke, over worked and underpaid with this company. I never had this happen but I heard the stories from other employees and have seen it. They just dont care!

If you dont have a 3.5 or above you cant go to the graduate program. No exceptions. So there is no equal opportunity

IF you dont suckup to management, if you dont speak spanish there is no way of making it up to the leads

    Management is rude beyond belief

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start caring about your employees more. People get sick, people die, people have school. It is not all about you.

I have been working at Legoland CA full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

You meet nice people. Some of the coworkers are very good people.

    Cons

The company does not care about you as a person. You are just a number to them, in every department. As soon as they don't like you they will fire you for the smallest reason. I have been working here for over 6 years and have seen this happen many times. During the busy season they expect you to work long strenuous hours with small breaks. The pay is meager and the raises are a joke. There has been a pay raise freeze for practically the entire time i have worked here (6+ years). Even though the company has continued to expand and attract more customers each year.

    DO NOT WORK HERE.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Quit.
