Pros
I get flex hours, not too much work to do, very considerate manager
Cons
Got only 1 raise in 10 years.. not fair wages to me compare to other consultants
Advice to Senior Management
TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME PLEASE, IN WAGES I MEAN.
