There has always been advancement opportunities

Compensation, work-life balance, and relative lack of stress are all benefits of working at the Lehman Estate in bankruptcy these days

Over time, the finite end to the bankruptcy and lack of urgency surroudning many activiites can be somewhat dispiriting and demotivating

People seeking onsite opportunities will be disappointed as they don't have much. Moreover, you can't think of long term onsite opportunities, as they had setup business in India to reduce cost.

Communication should be more clear and less risk should be taken by the management. Moreover, employees should be given stock option which can be en cashed soon.
