Lots holidays for your own hobbies. Friendly and international community.
Always have a chance to learn.
Centre of Europe, can visit other countries very easily.

Cons

Nothing much to do near the company. All small villages around here. Nearest bigger town is 30 minute away. Can't really join international seminars. You have to learn German or even swiss German to have good relationships with the locals. Otherwise, all your friends are others like you.

Advice to Senior Management

I think the management in general is pretty good. however, Leica is now under Hexagon management pressure, sometimes the decision isn't the same as the Leica traditional way.

the people are encouraged only to execute no to think on finding a solution for the problem, otherwise
it will bring to many headache for management which wants to live at 4PM every day.
take the job only if you want to remain stuck there forever

Good technology at Jigsaw Technologies. Strength of technical team goes from field technicians all the way up to the CTO, who is an expert in the field of mining fleet management and optimization.

Project engineering staff frequently travels for extended engagements of 2-4 weeks to international destinations.
