    Pros

Has lots of smart, hardworking employees. Good market share. Still in pretty good shape despite market conditions. Willing and able to change quickly.

    Cons

Main system is still employing very old technology. Incompetent IT management. Missing long term vision. Too much office politic. Weak organizational structure. Not much promotion opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Please don't fire hardworking, smart employees just because they point out your incompetence or too knowledgeable and threaten your job security. Please fire those employees who do nothing even though they are your buddy.
