Pros
Pay and ability to make individual change.
Cons
Mid and Division management completely incompetent. No knowledge of tactical positions and external impact to clients.

Disconnect at the US to China management levels.

Friendly staff that was devoted to the company.

Technology and software is not updated for staff. Many staff members use outdated computers and do not have access to necessary software.

You can have a more productive staff if the software in your employees computers are up to date.

Still not matured in many areas like HR, Finance etc.

2. Limited number of employees, known to each other.
3. It teaches, survival of fittest in the cut-throat market competition.

1. Poor Processes, No structured work approach.
2. No employee respect and poor work atmosphere.
3. No work-life balance.
4. HR is only for name. It doesn't really exist.

Pls focus on people equally and not only on numbers.
