Diversity is in the eyes of the beholder

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Raleigh, NC

ProsPhenomenal growth opportunity. If you can land a Global role your exposure to international business is an incredible opportunity.

ConsAt the risk of sounding xenophobic, Lenovo is a Chinese company and every year more and more of the U.S. based functions (and jobs) are shifted to China. If you are seeking a role at Lenovo outside of China it would be best to land a Geography specific role, but also realize this will limit career growth.

Great Experiences, but starting to feel like a large company

    Director (Current Employee) Raleigh, NC

ProsGreat experiences, extremely bright people. Clear mission, great momentum. Very rewarding incentive structure for both business and individual performance.

ConsIf in a WW role, you will likely have many late night and early morning calls. Just a part of what WW means. Given all the growth of the last few years, it is starting to feel very big. Slower decisions. many levels of management. Growth starting to level off.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement has been very strong in my opinion, but need to make sure we remain quick to react as we take over the #1 market share position
