Pros
the location of the office is good, and also colleagues were the most talented people in the industry, fun environment.
Cons
Stagnant. When it comes to deadline, the office could be like a little sweatshop. Overall, people are nice, but employee turnover is high.
Advice to Senior Management
could be a better company if the leaders hear more from the employees and also provide more incentive to the hard-working ones.
Pros
Good branding and a lot of opportunities for young man just graduated.
Cons
Bed feedback; has not rebulid the whole sales and brading system after merge IBM PC department,it's too long
Advice to Senior Management
Lenovo should develop it's key competetion power, only buy chanel and brand is not enough. Thinkservers are actually low-end IBM xSeries boxes with a Lenovo label. What we're trying to figure out is how well Lenovo will be able to support these products. We have some prospects for Thinkservers but I've been waiting for days for answers to questions about how certain features work. The pre-sales experts at Lenovo are ill equipped to provide documentation on these features. This does not bode well for those "early adopters" who install Thinkservers before Lenovo has its support structure in place.
