    Pros

Nothing is a pro about this company.

    Cons

Taking about rights of employees, constant threats to employees, keeping employees with a fear of being fired. There is a "fear" because of all the papers signed which take away your right.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

invest in real management, hire university educated mangers.

    Pros

Nothing. People are not what you think. The only good think is the experience you gain to look for something better in the future.

    Cons

Horrible place to work. Horrible salaries. Company don't care about its employees just the money they can make. I will never work here again.

I worked at Leon Medical Centers part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Good hours, great supervisors, coworkers are a pleasure to be around, great synergy. Seminar for OSHA is very informative though sometimes not applicable.

    Cons

Lots of work piles up with not enough employees, overtime not being permitted doesn't help the previous. To add to that, employees get penalty if they do not finish their work (which would sometimes require super human abilities to complete on very busy days). If one punches in just a minute too late, a specific manager at this specific center takes off a chunk of your work-time for the day. Punch in too early, you get no reward, just a standard pay as if you punched on time. Basically NO benefits, lots of heavy lifting and high possibility of (physical) health risk (saw dust from a palette blew into my eye, it wasn't a pretty sight [no pun intended], spine and posture hasn't been the same since)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Personal Growth for that one specific manager is a must. I've never been against the ideal of "being yourself", but in this case, yourself is scaring your employees. Make work with you, not for you.

I worked at Leon Medical Centers full-time

    Pros

Nothing that I can think of... I got out of this Cuban-style prison before it was too late!

    Cons

Everything! Lack of understanding of IT work, I did not get VPN access for over three months, dress code is ridiculous for non-customer folks, no work-life balance, IT management hides real issues from upper management, culture of who cries louder has the right opinion, abusive management as well as inadequate benefits to say the least, most employees are smiling slaves!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change everything and learn to appreciate IT work... make your employees happy so they help you grow the company!

I have been working at Leon Medical Centers full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Professional and collaborative environment focused on patient service delivery and outcomes. I have been employed at Leon Medical Centers for a little over a year and am grateful every day to the Leon family and this organization for the opportunity they have provided and for allowing me to expand my skill set within the Health Care industry.

    Cons

I am only sorry that I did not secure a job with this organization earlier. My experience at Leon Medical Centers has been positive, rewarding and has enriched my professional standing within the community that we serve. I look forward to tenure within Leon Medical Centers.
