Pros

Startup environment, never boring. Great products and vision for the future. A company that has big dreams and lots of passion to get them there. I don't think it will take long for this company to grow very quickly, so there's a lot of opportunity to grow and move forward in your career. They use the latest technology (Ruby on Rails) and are quick to use the tool that works best and brings the best bang for your buck.

Cons

Sometimes a lack of resources prevents opportunities from getting off the ground. Can be a high stress environment at times, but usually pretty good.
