    Pros

Great people, awesome product! for contest you could win free product and there's a good employee discount

    Cons

horrible benefits very low pay increases. on call shifts. lazy management that like delegating and sitting in the office all day

    Advice to Management

be a model and demonstrate the behavior that you implement in the stores. provide customer service time to time so you can show your staff model behavior

    Pros

Great discount. Great perks even with part-time like 401k, and heath encouragement program, a company that always gives back, opportunities to move up. What the company stands for is quite great, Levi's tries to make a statement and keeping their workers happy is a main goal. Sometimes management can be forgetful that part-timers have other things going on in their lives.

    Cons

Sometimes customers are seen as too important and when they create problems in store, it can really damage your position there. Even if the customer is the key to success, they're not "always" right.

    Advice to Management

Remember to take in mind that your worker's have to deal with irrational customers sometimes too, don't always give in to customers when something doesn't go their way.

    Pros

Great support from management & senior staff to get accuainted with brand and environment, consistent performance review keept me constantly working to improve; very supportive and understanding management.

    Cons

Heavy focus on competitive sales made work environment unfriendly, heavy-handed sales incentives pushed employees to focus more on their individual performance than store-wide figures, if an employee wasn't one of the top 3 in sales, they never got recognition for improvement.

  7. Lots of passionate, hard working, and fun people to work with.
