    Pros

Great company. Employees are treated very well.

    Cons

Have nothing bad to say. Only downside for some are retail hours.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Pros

Brilliant colleagues, beautiful stores, and great merchandise.

    Cons

Very Few, but they do exist.

    Advice to Management

Don't lose anymore dedicated team members because of conditioned employees who adopt vendettas. It only ends poorly for the team member, the consumer, and the company

    Pros

Commission only so you are free from constant supervision. Not much else is positive.

    Cons

They cram too many sales people into the stores so making money is difficult. Prepare to get one or two customers per day only. You will not make 50k per year. You will be mandated to do unpaid trainings that can take an entire day. You will also be forced to work your days off for special monthly events. You will not sell alot at these events because you will have 20 other salespeople waiting for customers.

    Advice to Management

Robert levin has taken a back seat to being involved on a day to day basis. He has handed all control to a designer. Good luck selling 4000 dollar sofas!

    Pros

People generally let you do what you want. This can be a pro and a major con. The flexibility in my schedule helped me get through college while working full time, so it was great for me.

    Cons

There is little accountability between levels of management. Certain departments can be great places to work, but others not so much.

    Advice to Management

    Squash the nepotism/fraterniztion.

    Pros

Being salary came with a semi-flexible schedule for appointments, etc. Minimal travel.

    Cons

The people and upper management: everyone has their own agenda, and upper management doesn't want to change to expand, grow, or change in the company in any minor way. No room for position growth or personal growth.

    Advice to Management

I was hired with false promises. Clearly determine and define your position descriptions before posting and hiring.
