-Co-workers treat each other well, minimal office/politics/gossip/back stabbing
Cons – -Forcing people to work long hours and weekend, but management just puts their 8 hours and gone for the day, work life balance during busy periods is very poor.
- Pay about average, benefits below average, bare minimum holidays and very little (significantly below industry average) paid time off.
- Perks are non existence, no flexible schedule
- Parking can be a challenge
-Company culture is about making as much money as possible, product quality is last on everyone’s list.
-Old/aging facilities and offices, need significant improvement.
-Crowded labs and work areas
-no AC on the production floor, will easily get into unbearable ~100F on summer days
Advice to Senior Management – Stop spending all your time in pointless meetings (covering your own behind, instead of making concrete decisions), where nothing gets decided and only schedule another meeting to discuss the same issue.
