    Pros

I work with wonderful customers. My managers are very team oriented, and as a whole, the staff gets along really well; they are like family to me.

    Cons

I can't think of many, I've been with the company for a while and so has most everyone I work with. It is stressful at times, but so are all service industry jobs. This one is worth the occasional stress. People applying have to be willing to work hard.

    Advice to Management

Not really that much. I love the team-oriented aspect of the company

    Pros

Levy restaurant offers an opportunity to grow from supervisor to manager. You may apply online for a manager's position.

    Cons

supervisors are not part of union and deal daily unionized employees who's been there for many years. The majority of those employees get paid a lot higher wages because of seniority.

    Advice to Management

recycle employees who's been there for too long! there are better candidates with the same experience who can be more efficient.

    Pros

I was able to see what I don't want to do for a living.

    Cons

This company preys on people who want to see their career move forward and exploits that drive to their own benefit. Grossly negligent in the training department.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire people for full time positions when it's really seasonal. Especially when you're hiring people with families to support.
