    The co workers is what mainly made the job worth wild the management was always understanding

    A lot of times there was no room for advancement and most of the time you were over worked

    Steady hours and very reputable company

    Cons

    long hours, overtime all the time, high demands with no pay to make up for it

    Pros

    Great at hiring people. In this economy, everyone needs a job and I would reccommend this company for that.

    Cons

    Advancement within the company , a different subject. Some employees have languished in positions for years and feel unappreciated for the contributions they make on a daily basis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    On the lower spectrum, move employees around, give long term employees the opportunity to move up in the organization i.e, officers to supervisors/shift mamagers and watch commanders or supervisors to directors.
