    Pros

Encouraged to explore many areas of law. The support staff, associates, and partners are all friendly. Great mentor program.

    Cons

I have no cons for the time I spent at Lewis and Roca. The only possible con would be the difficulty to have a work-life balance, but that is to be expected in a large law firm.
