Former Employee – worked at Lex Products Corp. full-time for more than a year
Pros – Growing company with possible career opportunity (although it will be short lived).
Cons – Long hours, no respect, must give 100% to company, no family life, pay is not fair, high turn over.
Advice to Senior Management – Get a grip!
