Details
Pros
Friendly people, good product testing techniques. Not a lot of office politics. Other departments are very friendly and nice.
Cons
The management is very old fashion, demands employees to be yes-men. Micromanagement abound. No respect or trust to employees. Management flip-flops on working conditions but does not admit it.
Advice to Senior Management
Replace the aging management positions.
