Pros – Research opportunities to enter the industry. Easier transition from academia to industry in the area of drug discovery and pre clinical trials.

Cons – Constant pressure, lay offs, restructuring and turnover rate are the cons that are common for a struggling biotech. Located in the north part of houston although vibrant may not offer many options for someone from big cities in east or west.

Advice to Senior Management – Good luck on the difficult discovery process.
