Current Employee – been working at LexisNexis Legal & Professional
Pros – Good pay for area, great team of people getting a lot of praise from upper level execs.
Technology and support is more than adequate and very helpful.
Culture is truly about diversity and a lot of people participate in community programs to help those in need.
Cons – It is a huge company. Alot of red tape and process.
Products can be somewhat monotonous and boring, but the technology behind them is top of the line.
Sometimes the upper management loses the pulse of the employees and maybe could focus a little more on the thoughts and ideas of those on the front lines.
Advice to Senior Management – Doing great.
