Continuous assignments, Fair compensation, Professional recruiters

    Cons

Absolutely no room for professional and intellectual development
No protection against arbitrary and unfair treatment from firm/clients

Current Employee - Contract Attorney/Document Review

I have been working at Lexolution

    Pros

Decent benefits; friendly and caring staff; flexible with time off.

    Cons

Has no program to reward loyalty nor assist in career advancement or development.
Treated like a widget. Past performance does not assist in getting better assignments due to whims of law firm clients because of downward pressure within legal practice.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to do a better job of developing programs at both your law firm clients and career opportunities for your temporary attorney contract employees.
