I worked at Lia Sophia full-time

    Pros

It was a great place to work when I started. It was really growing.

    Cons

Unfortunately, they are no longer in business as they once were; Now only selling remaining stock left in the warehouse.

I worked at Lia Sophia full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Independent, work from home, make your own hours. Did have great programs, but then changed those and everything started to go downhill. Jewelry would break a lot and was slightly overpriced. Loved the product though.

    Cons

Lots of changes in programs, confusing and everyone gets lost in all the changes and lack of communication

    Advice to Management

Open back up your direct sales platform

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Lia Sophia full-time

    Pros

Hardworking everyday people, trying to make the best of the situation, crazy rules, and micromanagement , while making very little money for the stress/ anxiety level endured.

    Cons

Middle management just puppets forced to do as they're told, or lose their underpaid jobs. Unfair HR/ Executive team, with no recourse for harassment. Not a good place for your mental health.

    Advice to Management

    It's too late.

I have been working at Lia Sophia part-time

    Pros

The Best hostess rewards program in the direct sales industry. Get a lot of jewelry for free or at a great discount

    Cons

You had to put in a show every 3 months to stay active, cant do cash and carry which is annoying at vendor events. A minimum of $6 charged for each show.

  7. Was a wonderful company until the end still have not sent my customers money owed or jewelry

    Pros

Control over your earnings. If you want to earn more you just work harder. Great flexibility, you can work your business around your life.

    Cons

You have to create your own leads. If you recruit a bunch of people you need to build up your calendar again.
