    Liberty was a very good company. They are very responsive to the needs of their employees.

    ProsThe recruiters and hr people were kind and helpful. The were honest and upfront about change.

    ConsDid not actually feel like I knew who I was working for as they held my contract. I never really knew anyone who worked at the company. I like to be loyal to a company but without the human contact it was a little difficult. There were no company functions etc.

    Advice to Senior ManagementI think that the employees would appreciate feeling more appreciated by putting a personal face to the branch company. At least a once a year get together. Allegiances come easier that way as well as overall moral can be improved.

    Great company but your work environment depends on who is in your org chart

    ProsGreat salary, Benefits, vacation time, and company car

    ConsYou are expected to work 10+ hours a day and be available on weekends for emails, updates, and conference calls.

    Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the good the work but please remember to communicate shifts in company strategies. My department was eliminated but there were nearly five other occasions when rumors about changes created the toxic environment where many good people jumped ship.

    Company that truly doesn't care about its employees or the work that they do

    Pros- Got some government experience
    - Immediate co-workers were great and made the work enjoyable

    Cons- Liberty is simply a staffing agency that handles the payroll
    - Company does not care about its employees or the work that they are doing for the client
    - Self-assessments are a joke and not used by management whatsoever
    - Absolutely no advancement

    Advice to Senior ManagementRevamp your benefits package and keep employees in the loop.

    ProsGreat recruiting manager that was very informative and responsive

    ConsContract jobs so not a whole lot of opportunities to move or laterally.
    No raises or bonus.
    Benefits are not great either.

    Work is rewarding, benefits are terrible

    ProsContracted directly to a site where you gain intimate knowledge of the business.
    Pay is above average for comparable positions

    ConsPTO is insufficient. It is used for all of your holidays, vacation and sick. If your work site closes due to an emergency or weather, you must use PTO to cover those hours.
