    Work life balance is horrible

Claims Specialist I (Current Employee) Irving, TX

    ProsPay is competitive.

ConsYou''ll never get your work done. Instead of focusing on state law and regulation they make you go though the LM bureaucracy. QA is a joke. No way to defend yourself if your scores are not good. Even though QA affects your bonus at the end of the year. Most people quit within 6-12 months.

I work 10 hours a day and most weekends (8 - 10 hours each Saturday). Not because I"m inefficient but because I genuinely cant get all the work done.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop being cheap and hire more people. You expect one person to do the work of two people.

Senior Insured Claims Rep -PAL (National Insurance)

Senior Insured Claims Representative -PAL (National Insurance) (Current Employee) Irving, TX

    ProsHealth benefits/vacation time/great co-workers/bravo awards/close to George Bush turnpike/will close for inclement weather/in house eatery/pays for licensure/flexible time/compensation is ok

ConsUnfair management, heavy caseload, unrealistic goals, poor parking, management covers for slackers, if management gets written up for their lackluster work they turn around and give their employees bad reviews as pay back

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to and implement feedback received from your employees; be a better product for your customers; offer employees laptops or overtime to help them stay current on workload, cherish your employees in commercial insurance auto central services & you won’t have to worry about employees putting in resignations every 2-4 weeks/better new hire training/better communication will all employees, get rid of the new manager hari
