    Pros

Room for promotion and growth; however in current role, there is a definite ceiling. Excellent training and monetary opportunities.

    Cons

Work-life balance; management team tends to, "bicker," and disagree which carries over to entire department and then creates a competitive and unrealistic environment; corporate & inflexible company guidelines.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work to improve management relationships to improve overall department environment; eliminate point program for absenteeism; utilize positive reinforcement instead of negative reinforcement when interacting with staff.

    Pros

Very employee focused, also have a large role in the community. compensation was competitive and there was a lot of positive energy around the office

I have been working at Liberty Mutual Insurance full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Pay was very good to start and raises were yearly based on your performance with clear objectives to meed. Even though some were nearly impossible to meet.

    Cons

Never had sufficient staffing so OT was needed all the time Since so many claims centers are in the NE and mid west the offices closed many times due to weather which caused even greater call volume for the south and west offices.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get enough people hired to actually meet your objectives.
