    Pros

Great pay and benefits. Good work environment. Opportunity for advancement if you're willing to relocate. Employees are empowered to assist customers.

    Cons

Significant rate increases cause customers to be unhappy. Statewide call clustering makes customer service more like a call center.

    Advice to Management

Long term customers stay because of the relationships they've built with long term employees in the local offices. Significant rate increases every year are causing unhappy, loyal customers to shop rates and leave. Service teams are consistently taking back to back phone calls from understandably disgruntled customers which makes the job extremely stressful.
We are people, not just another number. These "people" helped make this company great and now they're being discarded.

    Cons

Managers have their favorites and those are the employees who get promoted on a consistent basis. Who you know us more impirtant than what you do when it comes to career advancement

    Advice to Management

Look beyond the "flashy" employees who lack substance and see the actual employees who do the work and keep the company running

    Pros

    Great company, people and wages

    Cons

Hiring hundreds of contract people short term so they don't have to pay benefits or time off. To be fair they are not alone in this practice.

    Advice to Management

If you spend the time and effort to train people on your systems and those people become valuable assets to the company because of it, you need to hire them. Stop planning only quarter to quarter, look at the big picture - get your act together in a timely manner, and realize the people you trained are making you money because they are good at their jobs and you're letting them go, so how much money is really being saved!

    Pros

Innovative, young group of people willing to help out. Information sharing even across departments is surprisingly easy given the size of the company.

    Cons

Quite bureaucratic and process driven, low tenured folks everywhere who are motivated but don't have the contextual knowledge necessary sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Continue thoughtful approach, learn to take risks more readily, especially as the industry begins to change more and more at a faster rate.
