Pros – The patients and the other employees.
Cons – Everything else. It was one of the worst employment experiences of my life. Avoid working there if at all possible. It is a revolving door culture of mistrust and abuse. They live by the "there is someone else to take your job if you don't want it" mentality. The ratios are insanely out of whack. Senior leaders have no clue what they are doing. If you start a job here prepare to start looking for another job within a few months. The senior leadership functions like a feudal clan. They are a bunch of back biting ignorant country bumpkins that have a very high opinion of themselves.
Advice to Senior Management – Many of them could start by going gaining the necessary qualifications that it takes to be a Sr. Manager. Others should leave or be fired because they are wholly incompetent. It’s essentially a crony incompetent leadership cast.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
Pros – The support staff is extremely competent and friendly. Cafeteria is affordable and very high quaility. Staff receive a discount. Plenty of parking and free of charge.
Cons – Very inwardly focused. Think they are cutting edge but in fact they are very far behind especially when comes to electronic documention. System is not mouse based and requires use of DOS commands(F1, F2....) No training manual available. Learn as you go. Some doctors refuse to enter orders electonically.
Advice to Senior Management – Update your electronic documentation system. Improve the way in which employees are given feedback. Provide a manual for the use of your existing system if nothing else.
