    Pros

    LLS is about saving lives and educating the masses on the signs and symptoms of strokes.
    Always looking for new (credible) and valuable medical screening tests to offer customers.
    National presence & has been around for decades.
    Works with lots of hospitals

    Cons

    Lots of small, local competitors take over territory accounts
    Getting doctors to recommend your screenings to patients

    Pros

    Preventative health screenings are vital . The services that we provide have changed many lives.

    Cons

    Scheduling (participants scheduled every 5 minutes), seldom take breaks or lunches due to scheduling, long drive times, no wage increases for during the last 5-6 years, dead end job

    The services that are offered can save a life. At least make people aware.

    Boring, monotonous - can be super busy at times, and oh so slow too.

    * The service truly is valuable.
    * Employees encouraged to do the right thing.
    * Management trusts their employees, perhaps even too much.

    Cons

    * Regularly hire management from outside the company. Normally, they prove inept.
    * No raises, no bonuses, unless you threaten to leave.
    * Very little appreciation.

    Honor your good employees before they become someone elses.

    I still believe in the mission of the organization and believe it can be fulfilling work

    Cons

    Despite being a stellar employee for 5+ years, there has been no room for advancement and favoritism seems to be in play for the few positions that have been offered.

    Challenge and stimulate your top performing employees or they will all soon be gone!
