    Pros

It's a job mentality. Management here doesn't care about the job you do as long as they are making money. They do have a gym for employees which is excellent, it is very expensive, but employee's get to join for half price which makes it reasonable.

    Cons

quality is very spotty. Some people do good work, other are pretty poor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

you can't lie ot all of the people all of the time.

    I worked at LifeBridge Health

    Pros

the benefits are good; staff seems to take collective pride in their work; good communication between upper level management and employees; CEO walks through floors regularly and talks with staff asking for feedback

    Cons

always working at max ratio; stress level high due to workload; more and more documentation is being required and no extra time to do it; pressure to do work in less time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be aware that every time you add a new requirement, it will require more time, and something else will be deficient in an effort to get it all done within the time allotted
