    Pros

You get complete freedom to work according to your mind. No particular pressure by your superiors. But yes targets do matter so better you follow the KRA. Work culture is amazing.

    Cons

Some of the challenges working under this organisation is that achieving your targets is not completely in your hands and sometimes you do have to wait for the right time to hit the right opportunity

    Pros

Benefits. Flexible timings. They might offer a package that looks good.
Good training - hence good for freshers only

    Cons

Reporting is pathetic, Marketing and Sales teams are rivals and keep blaming each other for their non-performance. Hence - minority (which is usually the marketing team) is victimized by taunts and troublesome behaviors and partiality and pointless blames.
    Unwanted and un-informed deductions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You really need to check what the heads are treating their colleagues and sub-ordinates like.
You must stop this favoritism towards sales team alone and stop believing what the sales heads portray without checking with the other party
You need to find out why do so many people leave your company so early
You should not appoint a marketing person if you DO NOT need one and if you are easily carried with third party opinions.
You should KNOW - whats happening in the centres apart from your regional offices and HO
