Former Employee – worked at LifeSource
Pros – getting people to donate blood is rewarding work because you are helping to save lives. One pint of blood can help three people.
Cons – management didn't give you the tools and support to get the job done. Donors don't have time like they used to and they get really creative with reason's why they don't want to give.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the people out in the field. they hear what donors are saying and thinking and can make it work.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
