    Pros

Good product and technology...Sales people can make a decent living and earnings. Top reps make over $200K

    Cons

The Chairman provides such an unfortunate work environment that forces a new Sales VP Leader out every year. A lot of really good reps and managers have left LW due to his poor decisions. He doesn't value his employees.

    Cons

Low,pay, average benefits, lack of leadership. Comunication is nonexistent from executive management. Lack of leadership in majority of Director roles. Consistent layoffs.

    Pros

Great place to jump in and get medical experience but probably not a place to make your career home or stay longer than 2 years.

    Cons

LifeWatch struggles with internal customer service issues, device problems and reporting issues. While this is common in the industry as a whole, LifeWatch seems to have a higher error rate. Training is limited, so this is an ideal setting for those associates that can find answers and reach out for assistance with minimal direction...just pick up the phone and ask! This will be a pivotal year for any company in the cardiac monitoring industry, given the drastic swings in reimbursement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Payor contracts must be favorable for the sales team to succeed. Without Payors paying for services, how can the sales team be deeply penalized? The economy today allows for only a limited few to pay for services in cash.

    Pros

Good position to receive beginning health care experience as the training teaches you a lot. Great co-workers( non-management). Relatively easy place to get hired.

    Cons

Terrible management and lots of gray area's in the way they put the blame solely on their employee's. Very high turn around rate. Management seems very sneaky and you always feel like something is going on behind the scenes. They will act nice but are very cut throat and are changing company guidelines continuously, yet will still hold you accountable for mistakes made several months ago. Basically, they can go back 6 months in the past and punish you for something found that fell through the cracks, even if your performance has improved and the criteria has since changed and would not require a write up with the new criteria.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make your employee's feel more secure. The bottom level employees are the ones who put cash into management's pockets. Yet, those employee's have the greatest risk and liability involved and management is content to let it become a revolving door, expendable type of position. I would offer constant continuing education(weekly or monthly) aside from just a few pages of EKG strips to fill out after a write up. We are basically made to feel that we are completely on our own once the training is over. They give you entirely too much freedom but are quick to put the nail in the coffin on you when issues occur. No one has a great opinion on the company with these kind of dealings. Improve the quality of your brand. That starts with the upper management.

    I worked at LifeWatch

    Pros

High Salary and opportunity for bonus

    Cons

Zero training for new employees, management is horrific, gives no direction and attempts to micromanage to the point of tripling tasks. False promises, no job security, each person for themself. The product is dated, huge lack of innovation and sales numbers are at the mercy of patient reimbursement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show compassion, invest in your workforce, don't be so quick to throw your team under the bus. Train!

    Pros

The other employees are great people

    Cons

    *Management is oblivious and arrogant
*Every person for themselves vibe, management would rather throw you under the bus than help you learn
    *No official training program
*Outdated technology in regards to their systems and product
*Extremely understaffed in all departments, they are constantly behind on all reports
    *High employee turnover

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a whole new team in there. They push too hard to get projects done in an unrealistic time period and do not understand or care that they are too understaffed to meet thier own goals.
