    Pros

Decent pay. Direct management is fair and team players. From Mileau Associates up to management, they care about the kids. Kids are always first.

    Cons

2% yearly increase no matter how good/bad your review is. Too much emphasis on degrees for Mileau Associates, experience and common sense is more important.

    Advice to Management

Employees that work directly with the patients are the reason this place runs so well. Compensate them accordingly. Nurses (who yes are very important) and everyone else get market increases and extras, why can't the people that actually do the hard work.

    Cons

    Very slow hiring new employees

    Advice to Management

If pay rate was fair and reasonable, employees might work harder and not quit. therefore decreasing costs in the long run with hiring and training, higher employee retention, better morale in workplace

    Pros

One of the few big companies in RI. Close to home if you live in or around Providence. There's still some work time flexibility for salaried employees, even some work from home possibilities, depending on your manager/department. Used to be more pros, not anymore.

    Cons

Constantly shrinking benefits package (every year they take away something), more and more work for the same pay. No real advancement possibilities. Looks like the whole organization took the approach of hiring new people for less and forcing the old employees into resigning or doing even more work. Real cost-cutting agenda. There's a real feeling that no one on top cares about you even though the phrases like "we value our employees" are all over the place

    Advice to Management

Stand up for your employees or else, after this is all done update your resume because you will ultimately be replaced by a cheaper manager.

I worked at Lifespan Corporation full-time

    Pros

The people I worked with were great but sometimes it was hard to ask for help or advice. The benefits weren't bad.

    Cons

For a hospital, they really don't pay much attention or seem to care about their employees or employees health.

    Advice to Management

Have a better system for incoming and new employees. Often felt like i had to manage things on my own without much guidance.
