    tired of being run into the ground

    Prosgood benefits, pay is average for location, state of art ambulances and equip, plenty of opportunity to pick up overtime shifts

    Consnon-stop workload, rarely time for a meal break, rarely get out on time or even close to it, poor decisions where mgmt doesn't prioritize emergent runs or inability to know what a medical priority is

    Advice to Senior Managementlots of areas for improvement, see the pros and cons

    Do your best to stay under the radar...favoritism and nepotism rampant

    ProsThere are some pros...can't come up with any at the moment

    Cons19 months and no review or raise...for all employees. Those that did get raises 2 years ago got an insulting 1% across the board.

    Employee handbook is referenced but never seen...

    Way too many family members working in positions they shouldn't be.

    Advice to Senior Managementneed to take a long hard look at who is doing what...Philly isn't the only place to expand.

    I felt many of my colleagues were not professional

    ProsHelping people during the worst circumstances was a positive experience working as an EMT-Basic during this time period.

    ConsDue to the shifts, work hours were often long and there was a lot of down time. It was hard to balance work and life.

    Excellent CEO, however poor Senior Management, Pay substandard, Very Limited Opportunities for Advancement or Pay raise.

    ConsPoor Senior Level VP's and National Sales Managers. Pay not commensurate with position. Territories too large and commission too low for individual managers to cover.
