Pros
-Company has solid reputation in Columbus
-Free employee tickets to some events at the LC Pavilion
-Most positions can wear jeans to work
-Friendly employees, for the most part
Cons
-Rules constantly change. What is enforced today may be completely changed tomorrow.
-Lots of turnover and frequent layoffs
-Too many chiefs, not enough Indians
-Young, unexperienced and unprofessional management.
Advice to Senior Management
Have some respect for the people that work for you. Using the "F" word at company meetings only makes you look unprofessional, not "cool".

-Really nice people that work within the company
-Decent benefits
-Get to wear jeans to work

-Too many chiefs, not enough Indians
-Rules are constantly changing. What may be enforced one month may be completely withdrawn the next
-Upper management doesn't listen to those below them.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to those who see what is going on within your company on a daily basis. Take responsibility for your poor decisions and don't pass the blame.

Was a growing company before the building crash.
Cons
Private company and is run like a monarchy.

Have respect for the people who built your company.
