    Pros

You can work in a clean, comfortable , quiet environment. You're given paid training to start and required to participate in on-going training which can be both pro and con. You dress comfortably (but professionally) and you don't work late hours.

    Cons

Unrealistic goals, co-workers "stealing" sales, poor management, temperamental surgeons. You have to assign new patients to all surgeons equally, even if you don't believe they all are similarly skilled.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do the right thing, not the easy thing. Too much emphasis on making money at the expense of the client.

I worked at Lifestyle Lift full-time

    Pros

Job itself is not difficult, pleasant environment and good people at the center level.

    Cons

Ridiculous scheduling (how can a consultant be in 3 places at once?), no lunch/breaks, money spent on ridiculous things with little attention to rewarding employees, "hero to zero": mentally from one day to the next.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get real! Get out of the ivory tower and looking at ridiculous metrics, stop spending money on ridiculous false advertising propaganda, and start appreciating employees! Too many ridiculous conference calls, too little compensation, too many chiefs.

I worked at Lifestyle Lift full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Nice co-workers and clean enviornment.

    Cons

Understaffed, 50-60 plus hours a week expected and unappeciated. POOR and little training and one is fired without question on things they were NEVER trained on, nor had a policy available in employee handbook or on line. This should of been a teaching moment not a firing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Punishment should equate to the infraction. If an emplyee has not been trained on a policy, especially, one that is NOT available online or in the employee handbook they should not be accountable for. Errors should be weighed against the employee as a whole, ie. a faithful, never late, great work ethic, detailed, overworked employeemakes an error on a subject they were never trained on, shoud be a teaching moment not a firing.

    Pros

paid training...hourly wage is decent but that's how they lure you in. Direct deposit is available...what can i say...it's a stretch

    Cons

one of the weirdest companies I have ever worked for...very "cult" like...if you don't follow the herd and conform you are not welcome..this is a good job for mindless uncreative types...If you have any wits about you forget it...you will be sorry...there is no room for people here not fitting into the mold.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is extrememly phony...nice when you start but turn on you after...bottom line is this company is all about the money. If you have no conscience then you will be great here! If you care about the people then move on

    Pros

Interesting work, seeing the outcomes of procedures is always amazing.

    Cons

No time for lunch or breaks. Grueling crunches due to crazy scheduling; conflicts between departments with opposite goals. False advertising made working there very difficult and tense. Often on the defensive with prospective clients as a result.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Money spent in a haphazard and wasteful manner, particularly in regard to printed materials. Review rote and cheesy sales process.
