    Pros

Potential earnings can be quite good. Benefits are excellent. Changes in CEO, COO, VP are making the company more employee-friendly.

    Cons

Management is on-call 24/7. Very little encouragement from Corporate personnel. Focus is always on what was not achieved vs. what was achieved. Not enough employees per center to complete all of the daily work required.

    Advice to Management

Upper management should be required to spend at least two weeks per year in the field or in a center so they understand the challenges faced when staffing is kept to a bare-bones minimum.

    Pros

none - classless, non-caring Business concerning both, Clients and their Employees.

    Cons

everything - extreme hours, low pay, disrespect, non-customer service oriented, unloyal employer

    Advice to Management

obviously none, your cutthroat approach to your client base and employees is very evident

Overall not what I expected. Many long hours and a fight to make any changes to grow your center.

    Pros

They give people a chance to advance within the company, anyone's game to get a management position.

    Cons

Long hours, not enough staff means you are always working your employees and your self to the breaking point leading to high turn over. Many promises are left unfulfilled, billing works against you upsetting many patients. Getting reimbursed for expenses takes a very long time plus low mileage reimbursement.

    Advice to Management

If you want to grow a business, you first have to sustain what you have. By paying thousands upon thousands in OT you are could have easily provided the extra body needed to satisfy current needs, allow for growth, reduce turn over and provide a better work environment for all.

    Pros

    Flexibility in your schedule

    Cons

Horrible pay. Commission sits on a "pending sales commission report". You share a computer per 6 people. Can't use it to write outside emails anyway. You use a computer system called AS400 that was created in 1988. Deliver tanks to existing customers. You compete with companies that provide faster, easier and better service. You will pay out of pocket for inservices/lunches/travel and maybe get reimbursed 4-6 weeks later. Unprofessional and unqualified managers. Can't think of one person that knows what they are doing, everyone is on a different page. No valuable trainings to offer.

    Advice to Management

Stop thinking so highly of yourselves, this is the worst company EVER.

    Pros

    Great training, markets, products, partners

    Cons

Compensation, accessibility, expectations, authorization on special equipment

    Advice to Management

If you want your reps to be like Pharma reps, pay a better base salary, and drop the commission, do a bonus structure instead.

    Pros

You will be forced to become a self learner and think critically.

    Cons

Base pay is below the poverty line, there is a pending sales commission which means you not always get paid for your sales, employee is expected to pay for lunches/inservices/marketing for physicians and offices then file to be reimbursed. This company is a dba of Lincare that has a top down structure. Also this company is currently using AS400 and does not have enough computers for all their employees. Plan on working late or going in early to complete any type of data entry or email correspondence.

    Advice to Management

Train your employees and center managers! Everyone is clueless! If you want a company to grow it needs a solid foundation.
