    Pros

    They give people a chance to advance within the company, anyone's game to get a management position.

    Cons

    Long hours, not enough staff means you are always working your employees and your self to the breaking point leading to high turn over. Many promises are left unfulfilled, billing works against you upsetting many patients. Getting reimbursed for expenses takes a very long time plus low mileage reimbursement.

    Advice to Management

    If you want to grow a business, you first have to sustain what you have. By paying thousands upon thousands in OT you are could have easily provided the extra body needed to satisfy current needs, allow for growth, reduce turn over and provide a better work environment for all.

    Pros

    Potential earnings can be quite good. Benefits are excellent. Changes in CEO, COO, VP are making the company more employee-friendly.

    Cons

    Management is on-call 24/7. Very little encouragement from Corporate personnel. Focus is always on what was not achieved vs. what was achieved. Not enough employees per center to complete all of the daily work required.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management should be required to spend at least two weeks per year in the field or in a center so they understand the challenges faced when staffing is kept to a bare-bones minimum.

    good way to get experience in medical sales field promotable positions within the center 10 paid holidays 10 vacation days

    Cons

    overworked employees extremely understaffed old technology doesn't care about employee morale $0.31 per mile, no company car reimbursed for expenses, no company card very low pay high turnover due to low pay - 24K base salary for sales reps

    care about employees stop being so tight with money grow with the industry

    Great training program. Worked with talented people.

    Cons

    Almost everything. Poor salary. Worked with talented people who were mistreated by the company, Total disconnect between center and corporate headquarters.

    If you want your reps to be like Pharma reps, pay a better base salary, and drop the commission, do a bonus structure instead.

    Some of the coworkers are nice Fitness club next door Overtime

    Cons

    Low wages Mandatory late night overtime last day of the month No accountability from managers Workplace drama/gossip Limited Parking Sexual Harassment No cell phones allowed Unreasonable workload outdated software limited chance for growth Paper medical records Unreasonable paper filing hours High Stress

    Advice to Management

    I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Worst experience with management I have ever had. If you have a problem with anything they will find a way to get rid of you. The turnover is extremely high - somebody was fired or quit every single week I was there for training - 2 months! Management is not accountable for anything and they will fish for reasons to discipline or terminate you in your first 90 days. Worst place I have ever worked! Don't waste your time

    Pros

    Great experience in the medical field and learning the ins and outs of this type of sales.

    Cons

    Every office is ran differently. Your manager can basically choose your income potential by choosing what accts you get and what "qualifies" commission.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management needs to oversee more of whats going on in the offices ---- especially how territories and commissions managed.
