Pros – Can-do culture that values teamwork and building good relationships. Good opportunities for promotion if you work hard and achieve results. Lots of people with positive attitudes.
Cons – Internal employee web sites and other technology could be better. Most of the locations are not in major metro areas.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to follow the current overall company strategy, because it is working. Continue to communicate broadly with the employee population.

Former Employee – worked at Lincoln Financial Group
Pros – The best reason FOR ME truly lay in the benefits that Linccoln Financial Group offers. The health insurance cannot be beat, especially when compared to what others are offering. The flexible work hours, tuition reimbursement and 401k match have all been superior to past employer's packages.
Cons – It seems that lately lateral moves have been more frequent than even the possibility of an advancement. Several business units within the organization sometimes causes miscommunication, redundancy and loss of structure in the chain of command.
