Pros

I have the opportunity to learn from the inside working hand-in-hand with the broker learning back office operations of real estate. Anyone can present their ideas or suggestions and those ideas are always welcomed. You are never felt like anything you share is anything but a great contribution.

Cons

Because of the importance to show that our service to the public is top priority and that there is no excuse for anything less than above board conduct and treatment for our customers and clients, not following direction and lack of attention to detail usually didn't repeat itself.

Advice to Senior Management

A training manual, in addition to the policies and procedures manual, would be helpful.
