    Pros

No micro management. Have good intentions.

    Cons

Low pay. 40.00 hour. PT. Salaries under 60 k Full Time.r

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward your teachers wire yearly increase even a buck. Too easy to move on to a higher paying school. 38K is a lot of money for a marginal education. No LPN jobs.

I worked at Lincoln Technical Institute full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

They offer Health Benefits, Paid Vacations, a 401 K plan and most of the staff is down to earth and great to work with.

    Cons

Hostile work environment in a few departments. Upper Management did not take employee complaints or concerns seriously. Even when they reported to the corporate office, those complaints were sent back down to the executive director back at the school level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees should be considered more valuable and respected.

I have been working at Lincoln Technical Institute full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

The company has excellent instructors, with many years of experience in their fields. They truly care about the students that come here. I feel that for the most part we turn out a good graduate with the skills needed to be in the field they chose to come to school for.

    Cons

The cooperate structure needs some work, it takes forever to get anything done, or approved. We need more marketing money to compete with the competition.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want us to be successful then we need to have what it takes to be successful, it comes down to our marketing, we do not have enough of it.
