I worked at Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson full-time

    Pros

I liked this place when I first started. The pay was decent and the home life/ work life was well balanced.

    Cons

Oh let's see....What aren't cons about working at this place? There is no opportunity for growth. Management plays favorites and treats employees like children. This place is way too cliquish, the benefits aren't that great and management is out of touch. They act like they can't afford to give raises yet they are gaining new clients every year. There is too much nepotism; management married to a higher up in the same office, too many relatives working there and not fair to people who could actually be well qualified for the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop hiring your family members.

I worked at Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

There is always room for advancement. You stay loyal to the company and they will stay loyal to you. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. Easy work schedule and they will work with you, if you need to change your work schedule. 2 weeks vacation and 10 sick days a year. Yearly reviews for raises and bonuses. Benefits and 401K are great.

    Cons

Having to collect from taxpayers with no money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward managers and supervisors more that have profitable departments. HR needs to focus on HR issues and let managers and supervisors manage their departments. HR should not be involved in operations, IT, politics, clients, accounting, etc. Stick to HR issues.

Very little pay and a lot of work thrown on one person

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
