Pros
It's a good company to have on your resume, founded by a genuine legend of Australian trucking and business.
Cons
Because it's a private company, sometimes it feels as if you are judged on your relationships with various family members rather than performance.
Advice to Senior Management
Perhaps more objective performance appraisals?
