Pros
You get decent salary package
Cons
No work-life balance
A few people in the management are rude
Advice to Senior Management
Management should not treat employees as commodities. There should be a work-life balance.
If you want employees to reach the moon, then don't give them just a boat to reach there.
Pros
1. Good work life balance
2. Good opportunities to grow
Cons
1. Very Less pay
2. No hikes
Advice to Senior Management
Give good hikes to the hard workers.
Pros
Good place to work, specially if you are new to the big industry. extremely supportive HR and Admin staff....ambience is good.
Cons
It was a great place to work, a few years back...but with a lot of work being outsourced to vendor agencies, the quality of work has dropped and it's isn't fun to work here anymore....and a lot of good managers have left resulting in problems in daily routine activities.....growth opportunities have diminished over the years.
Advice to Senior Management
Be transparent with the employees...and provide them the right inputs when the business is doing not so well during recession times....
Pros
If you work hard and if your performance really shows positive outcomes, then you will be praised and will recieve promotions and more responsibilities. It also depends upon how good you gell with the management in your project.
Cons
Less Pay and more politics as you gain seniority. You'll always have to watch your back.
Advice to Senior Management
The senior management does not know how to handle development projects. They are moreso inclined and knowledgable with regards to handeling and managing localization and testing projects. The downside is that not many development projects are arriving and even the ones that arrive, most of them don't function properly and the client leaves for greener pastures.
