ProsGreat friendly coworkers, clean environment.

ConsManagement and one management trainee did not know how to properly communicate with 'new' employees whatsoever. Employees who are new were screamed and yelled at. Even the first time running a machine. The management & team leaders act as if new employees should know everythIng after two weeks?? People worked hard there and got yelled at. If you are in a position where you are a team leader or manager, you should know how to talk to people without yelling or making them feel stupid. I lost all respect for this organization. Too bad too, because even though the pay wasn't the greatest, the benefits are great and the coworkers were all great.

Advice to Senior ManagementEven though my advice probably will not be listened to, management & team leaders should try acting a bit more respectful to new employees instead of prejudging them as not wanting to work. Try not to act like the employees should know everything in a couple of weeks. Most people, if instructed with respect & dignity, are willing to work 120% for an employer.

Prossecure job, good pay, good equipment, good benefitts, weekends off for the most part.

Conssometimes there are long hours especially around holiday's and in the summer. The physical labor can be very demanding at times.

Advice to Senior Managementtry to find a way to have less papaerwork if possible. overall I think they do a good job.

ProsFreedom. If you are making your numbers, then they tend to leave you alone.

ConsRoad warrior. Little or no feedback from superiors. Could go weeks without talking to my immediate supervisor.
