“My experience was good because the pay is ok, they worked around my college schedule, & the work was easy for me.”

Pros – If you go to college they work around your school schedule. Also if you have another part time job or full time job they well work around that schedule.
Cons – The pay rate is not that good. It's $10 an hr. You have to work really hard for the pay you get. If they paid $12-14+ it would be better.
Advice to Senior Management – Give back to your hard workers. Increase the starting pay to $12-14 an hr. Have company vehicles for all employees.

“Stagnation”
Former Employee – worked at Liquid Investments
Pros – No upward mobility, even though it is heavely promised during interview process.
Cons – Stagnation. No one (upper managment) listens. No sense of urgency.
Advice to Senior Management – Clean ship! Put people in positions that have some ambition in life.
