Pros

If you want to get a management title, or if you are fresh out of school and living at home. For a part time job it would be nice if you re fine with the type of wage for the industry, and if the hours and location are convienient.

Cons

The product is overpriced and you need to explain why to the customers. It is difficult to explain why because the wages paid are not living wages. Usually a shoe string staff working for low wages, unreliable people are attracted to work there, and any no shows or sick call-in's result in the manager working a double shift... with no extra pay or time off in lieu.

Advice to Senior Management

Shut down the 'boys club' and take some of the money you spend on the head office club house and spread it around to the staff.
