    Company always looking to innovate

RF Applications Engineer (Current Employee) Sunnyvale, CA

ProsCompany has a unique culture, setup is not like the stereotyped close cubicles.
Management has improved over the years. Everyone is very passionate and optimistic about what they do, company is on a growth and hopefully headed in the right direction.
Good work life balance, free lunch, flexible hours.

ConsMore discussion should happen on growth path people do the same thing for years.

Advice to Senior ManagementTraining should be done at all levels. Compensation should be little higher for the work done. Lot of traveling is required and Management should understand traveling is not easy. Traveling should come with more compensation.

    – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Great engineering company needs process improvements

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsSome of the smartest engineers you'll meet. Everyone is very passionate about what they do, company is on a growth spiral and is headed in the right direction with respect to their products.
You get free lunch everyday and the benefits are great.

ConsVery little to no process to induct new employees which makes one feel left out. No growth path people do the same thing for years with little flexibility to change roles. Lack of communication between teams causes a lot of rework, the extreme customer driven nature of the business causes some strain on work life balance.

Advice to Senior ManagementCreate a training and induction process for new employees.
