It was ok Very beneficial to professional learn and you learn what professional responsibility is.

I have been working at Little Caesar's

ProsNetworking, well roundness. You would also get see how the business work from inside out. you will get a chance to meet district managers and network work with them

Conshours are not guarenteed. Depending on which little caesars you worked at it can be a little unprofessional. They run out of food to make and work you hard for little pay.

Little Caesar's is a fast paced work environment where listening and hustle are key

ProsThe Pizza is awesome. It is an excellent place for a first time job seeker. Was an excellent learning experience.

ConsThe store runs at an extremely high pace, having to many workers becomes clumsy yet running manual labor to minimum is crazy.

Advice to Senior ManagementSolid job.

All in all it was a blast!

Hourly Crew Member (Former Employee)
Grand Rapids, MI

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time for more than 3 years

ProsIt all depends on who you work with and your manager. If you have good people to work with you are all set to have a great time working here! Easy job but will keep you working and moving. Some down time so you can take a breather. Co workers come and go so the bad apples dont tend to stick around for too long. Excellent part time job for someone looking to make money but not a solid paycheck.

ConsMinimum wage. Assistant Managers dont get much more. Working with food so you will get dirty. Manager could be a make or break as with any company. Would not reccomend working your way up the ladder although the opportunity is there.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhen something breaks at a store, get it fixed. Don't just temporarily fix the problem.

It was a Job, Not a Career

Supervisor (Former Employee)

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time for more than 5 years

ProsLittle Caesars offered me flexible hours so that I could attend school and work at the same time. I had friendly co-workers who were always there to help me out by taking a shift when I was sick or away.

ConsIt was often and understandably so a very hot environment. The uniforms weren't very breathable so it was very easy to overheat while working, specially by the ovens. It was difficult to get anymore than minimum wage which is difficult to live on but occasionally a manager would come by who appeared to understand.
