I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Easy tasks to complete. My management team was basically a family business and I felt apart of the family.

    Cons

You deal with a lot of white trash and low income people who think a $5 pizza will be the best one in the world.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promotions to management positions seem only available to those in the family. Try to give promotions to your best employees rather than family members.

I worked at Little Caesar's full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Extremely flexible scheduling, fun job to do, meet a lot of good people, discount on pizza.

    Cons

To much high school drama even throughout management, lacked any form of air conditioning for the summer when temps in the building from the ovens would reach close to 120.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop the petty high school drama that goes on in your store before it effects peoples work ethic.

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Work is easy, not very challenging, does not require critical thinking or problem solving skills. Shift usually goes by very quickly.

    Cons

Mindless tasks get old fast. Promotion is dependent on who you know. You get paid minimum wage, no benefits if you are part time. You smell like pizza.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Establish a culture aligned with your companies vision and goals
