Like a family

Crew Member (Former Employee)

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time for more than 3 years

ProsFun environment and a pretty easy job. Very relaxed in the mornings and very busy on weekends. Raise after testing and later after mastering the different jobs.

ConsGrease. The only annoying things were the customers and having to work Halloween and superbowl nights. Fridays and Saturdays were always busy but got used to it after a while.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Just an average pizza restaurant

Crew Member (Former Employee)
Denver, NC

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time for less than a year

ProsSimple work. Pictures on the wall to help with the flow. Very small menu so it's easy to remember everything. Sometimes you got to do sign flipping which is a good break (depending on if you like being seen by your local community). The pay was minimum wage, but I was expecting that.

ConsUsually small restaurant. Cramped spaces. Stingy on the toppings. In my location we had to clock out for everything which is fine, but if you smoked cigarettes you didn't have to clock out. I was always confused why people taking breaks every 30 minutes never had to clock out.

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide a pizza that people will want to come back and get again and again. Basically add more cheese, sauce, and toppings to the pizzas. Don't let smokers take breaks without clocking out or just don't allow them to take extra breaks.

not enough hours or pay

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Little Caesar's

ProsMaking pizzas is fun. Being full time is about the only thing worth it.

Consassistant managers don't make enough. The turnover rate is super high as well as their lack of accountability. You can't really blame them however, when they only make 9 an hour 25hrs a week. I have seen awesome leaders within the company over the last 5 years, but I have also seen my fair share of ineffective leaders.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more positive. Be better listeners. Be good to our people so they stop quitting. If you can't provide the money for people, you have to make them like their job, or they WILL leave.

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time for more than a year

ProsGet to eat leftover pizza, and you get pretty good hours.
Seeing the smile of a little kid after they get pizza and some cookies!

ConsStinks when someone doesn't show up, then you have to try and make up for it and customers don't get it hot and ready.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep doing what you're doing.

not the greatest place but not the worst

Assistant Manager (Current Employee)
Miami, FL

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time for more than a year

Prospretty chill, not difficult at all. other employees are usually easy to get along with. good as a first job

ConsFriday and Saturday dinner rush can be pretty stressful if not well prepared or adequately staffed, as the company tends to cut as many hours as possible

Advice to Senior Managementplease stop cutting hours when mangers go on vacation, having them not there is hard enough, so why would you take more people away?
