    I worked at Little Caesar's

    Pros

More responsibility. Prove your leadership skills. Get to do paperwork at the end of the night instead of cleaning a lot.

    Cons

Still lots of hard work. No breaks. Only got paid $8.50 for doing a ton of work.

    Pros

the mercancy they do on little ceasars its really good and the fast way they treat you is owesome.

    Cons

the only con I can say is that I dont know if they keep the pizza all night and they just reheat it, because iof they do, well that can be a little danger to the costumer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

You will always have something to do. The custome alrears are often repeats so you even have their favorites already ready for them.

    Cons

The hardest thing about the job is a packed lobby and a bizarre array of orders. Everyone's so hungry before bedtime!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should always have a ticket for every order hanging on landing and a full crew during your busy hours.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Your able to take small breaks in between work. Not overly fast paced.Semi laid back.Coworkers have good attitudes and are willing to help you. Coworkers are supportive.Theirs a chance to grow in the company, promotions etc. Your schedule is flexible, your able to balance school and work.Your scheduled mostly stays the same. You can request days off.

    Cons

Very few hours. You might only get 7 hours a week. You wont train your first day you'll do various other tasks, this could last up to a month depending on how the manager feels. If they feel your performance is low they'll cut your days in half you might only work 2 days a week.Managers are very unprofessional and very stand offish .Your not able to come to your general manger with issues very often. No discounts on food,no cups or plates to eat on during break. If you dont attend mandatory meeting you can be laid off for up to a week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Teach management to not hold grudges.Train managers to listen and not be so aggressive and loud. Promote your employees in your restaurant instead of bringing in other employees from different locations.Work on health care.Hold your managers to the same standards as your employees.Train your employees when they start instead of isolating them with miscellaneous tasks.Teach mangers to run their crew like a democracy and not a dictatorship.
